Visited on a weekday lunchtime; restaurant is soulless and gloomy; I only went in because the teenage relative with me wanted to. My initial misgivings were confirmed when the manager refused to let us sit on a larger table, despite the fact that there were dozens of empty tables and only 5 other customers in the restaurant! Food was mediocre (I’m being generous), this restaurant has all the appeal of a mausoleum and the manager urgently needs customer service training. Give this dismal place a miss and visit any one of the dozens of other eateries.

We don't have Fridays where I come from (our week just skips from Thursday into the weekend), but i wish we did. I found it a bit loud to have a conversation, but everything else was great. We mentioned to have someone with allergies at the table, so our order HAD to be taken by a manager, but i think that was reasonable. (no establishment wants to get sued because a member of staff forgot a detail.) ordering took a bit longer because of that, but the manager was super nice and understanding. Drinks and food arrived reasonably fast. Atmosphere was relaxed and fun, even though a concert was about to start and the other restaurants we passed felt a bit tense. I'd love to see T.G.I.'s find its way into my country some time and have staff as nice and accommodating as Rosie was! =)

Service was quick and smooth as the staff new we had a show to get to (im guessing they get that a lot!) Food was delicious, i would 100% recommend the Ribs with the Jack daniels sauce, they were to die for!
