I’ve been to this place several times and was always happy with the service, but yesterday’s visit will probably be my last. I ordered Eggs Benedict and a cappuccino without chocolate, as I have an allergy. The waiter brought it with chocolate, so I politely asked for one without. He looked annoyed and said, “But you asked for a cappuccino.” I replied, “Yes, but without chocolate.” He then brought me a cappuccino without chocolate, which looked like this: When you pay £4.40 for a coffee, you expect it to taste and look good. Very disappointed, although the food was tasty.

Food was great, beautifully presented came quick. This location is very busy even during the week for an early morning brunch. Very close to Liverpool Street station.

I’ve been a Grind customer for years, and the quality has never dropped. The barista is skillful and accommodating, and every cup is made with care. Great coffee with consistent quality and service. Highly recommend!
